5mm conversions??

I recently had the chance to purchase a T/C 10" 5mm barrel with forend and some ammo for a fairly reasonable price. My only concern with the purchase would have been the availability of ammo. I've heard the many stories of the high price of 5mm ammo and was wondering if the factory 5mm barrel could possibly be rechambered to something else??

If you reload why not take the plunge and order some brass and dies from Steve Craig.  Then you can shoot to your hearts content.
