I don't know about this model but I just sold 2 Uberti 1873 Cattleman in 45 Colt and replaced them with 2 s/s Ruger Bisley Vaquero's in 45 Colt because the fit of the parts was very poor, I didn't trust the strenght of the Uberti's and also I've had enough problems with them that needed a gunsmith to remedy that I didn't trust them anymore. Actually I wouldn't even consider buying another Uberti.
