Well I decided to go with the .270 package. I bought a Lee handpress, .270 die kit, and auto primer for $65. I figured I would reload my own hunting loads and I can adjust down to tame recoil if necessary. Anyone have any recomendations for a deer loads and coyote loads? I may have to load down for deer if recoil is too sharp and I'm planning on 150 grains for deer. I see that there are 90 grain bullets and I was thinking of reloading those for coyote? I'm not concerned about recoil when hunting outside of a blind so I could load hot with the 90's. Will I find accellerated barrel wear shooting 90 grains than 130's? I'm not real familiar with reloading so I'm trying to learn as much as I can. I've heard loading really fast light rounds can damage a barell over time?
