Help! I need a good jerky recipe.

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a tasty jerky recipe thats not too salty and without sugar.(Goin' on that Atkins diet) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have any jerky recipes but I found this site so I thought maybe it would help.

:-D  Wit the choice of 93, one more won't make the choice any more difficult.  the one I use has no salt or sugar added.

1 cup Worcestershire
1 cup Soy
1Tblspn Liquid smoke
1Tblspn Oninon powder
1Tblspn Garlic powder
1Tblspn Crushed red pepper
1Tblspn Black peper
1Tblspn Tabasco
