User Group ?

If I am posting this in the wrong area, please forgive me, but I figured someone here might have an answer. The question that I have is, what does it take to unsubscribe from the NEF Yahoo User Group. I have sent them about twenty emails saying to unsubscribe me from the group and nothing has been done. I think i am caught in Yahoo hell and I can't get out :-( This has been ongoing for several months now and I still am getting all the emails. This is one reason for unsubscribing and I don't have time to be constantly checking emails. If someone here has any idea of what could be done, please, I need help!!

The e-mail thing I think is in your group options.  I never unsubscribed but haven't been there in months and months.  I never get e-mails from them.

edit:  Go to the group front page and on the right side there is a "Leave group" button.  There is also an "edit membership" button where you can turn off the e-mails.

Same here...if you unsubcribe and they still continue to send you crap...call your ISP and have it blocked...or you can switch to Netscape and do it your self in your mail filter...it will ask you if it's junk mail or not...very cool feature....

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize that you could shut off the email feature.  I just turned it off now so I should be ok.

             Thanks,

Here's what I did.....I changed my prefrence to the "daily digest" that way I get all the posts in one email and I can read what everybody says at once. I then made a folder, called it "NEF Group" and if the digest has stuff in it I think I might want to refer back to later then I just move the whole mailing for that day to the folder.....one email instead of 8-20 individual ones....worked for me.
