What powders manufactured today are not typically effected by temperature changes? I have read that H-4831 is one of them, but there must be others.

BenchMark is one for sure....I now load it exclusively in my .223 NEF.
Shoots very well.

Thanks for the info. Although it is kind of a bummer since my 2 favorite powders are IMR and Alliant.

Reloader 15 is also temperature insensitive.
