Great story about the "Battle in the Bayou" in this months ShootingSports USA.  Ernie wrote a great story about a GREAT shooting match.  If you have not made the "Southern Nationals" then put it in your plans for next year.

I would love to read that article....Problem is, I can't get SSUSA to send me my first issue...My check for a three year subscription cleared my bank here in WA State on 8/4/04...Still no sign of my first issue....Marv

Just got mine last night and I see what you mean. It really is a great article. It captures the atmosphere of the event very well. I think anybody reading it would realize that this is an event every silhouette shooter should experience.
