Got this book at the 10year banquet for having a CCW law in Phoenix. It is "Dial 911 and Die" By Richard W. Stevens. It cost $9.00. It goes state by state and gives cases were people have called 911 to get no help or help to late. It also gives cases and show that no place in the country are LEOs liable to protect a citizen They only have to protect the public at large not a single person.
