Need instruction sheet for Old Star sizer/lube press

I have an older (pre-Magna Eng.) Star lube sizer and I need a set of instructions for it. Specifically, what I'd like is to take a peek at an original set. If any one out there could scan and email or fax me a copy I'd be a happy camper:) :D
