Can anyone give me the starting and max load recommendations for sierra 140gr bt and 140 gr nosler accubond

friends of mine that shoot the 7 stw use IMR 7828 with 140's.  Check IMR online for data.  It's the powder of choice for this cartridge by Layne Simpson if I'm not mistaken.  He is responsible for the 7 STW.  RL22 should be ok too,  Check Alliant Powder Website for online data.  Layne's data was real hot that he published in the gun rags.  Way hotter than you'll find from the powder manufacturers data.
