I was over at my Dad's house the other day and he was excited to show me a video he had purchased on bowhunting in Africa. We turned it off halfway through after watching this semi famous female bowhunter and her partner on this game ranch, simply collecting everything they saw. This looked like what JJHACK describes as a poor operation. I was totally disgusted as she yelled and laughed at everything she shot. As well, every scene had gratuitous thankyous to the sponsors and made it feel like a running ad. I have been wanting to go hunt Africa for a while now and this turned me off, I do not need to go on a "killing trip", I would like to go on a "hunting trip. I will be looking carefully at any guided trip I go on from now on.
PS. JJ your operation is the best I have seen. I am looking at maybe going in may of 2007.
