My 02AC 500 rules.
The only problem with it is I don't have the property or time to ride it much. Huntin' seasons here though!

I don't own one, but do like them alot.  A guy at work here just sold his AC 250cc to his son and bought a new AC400.  He loves them both.  Looking forward to seeing the AC side by side when it finally comes out.

I have two AC ATV's  an '02 375 auto and an '03 500 auto. I love them both and really test them.  I bought them both new, and have about 1000 miles each.  The only repairs I made is a ball joint on the 375.  I do prefer the FIS suspension over the ACT.  Too much rear suspension travel on the ACT.  Makes for very soft ride but you give up control at higher speeds.

Wanted the IRS, but got a good deal on an older closeout W/ACT.
Works OK, just glad I got the auto which I didn't want at first. Now I just need more time & property to ride!

I have an '04 AC 650 LE with 27" Outlaw tires on it. WHEN running, this four-wheeler can't be beat. People tried, and failed. This thing just goes anywhere, through anything. However, I will not buy another AC again. I've had to use my warranty one too many times and have to do so yet again. This four-wheeler is not reliable at all. Give me a Kawasaki Brute Force or a Suzuki.

I would imagine you have changed the secondary spring on that AC? I know I have seen many try to spin 27 & 28 tires with the stock spring and have failed to do so even with 28" mudlites.

What kind of problems have you had with it?
