Yes I tired it on both 320 and 250 R.E.A.L bullets from Lee. VERY poor results. I use Bore butter and in the summer I stiffen it just a little with beeswax. Also I highly recomend only black powder for conicals. With a clean bore, which is how I start out every hunt, Pyro would shoot great with conicals except for a flier once in a while. Never knew when it would happen. Pyro just don't ignite as suddenly when there is a lack of a total seal. I shoot sabots with pyro as well as with black and can shoot several between cleaning.
