looking for a mid priced scope for my rem 700 stainless. nikon? burris?or bushnell 3200 all have scopes in the 150.00 range i will probably stay with a 3x9x40 but not sure what scope to buy can you help?

Personally I would go with a 3-9x40 in either the Nikon Buckmaster or Bushnell Elite 3200.  Both of these scope come in Matte or Silver and will suit your needs very well.  The bushnell has the rainguard feature with is very nice, but I think that the Nikon is slightly brighter that the Elite.
