Basically, in SB it was Anschutz factory for most with a smaller number of custom rigs in either standard or hunter.
In HP, it was Rem actions, Shilen bbls in lengths approaching the max allowed, .260/6.5x55/7-08 calibers/Sierra bullets.
Leupold scopes with Premier dots in the 3/8 to 5/8 moa sizes. Powers 20 to 40...with the HP guns mounting 20-24x most often and SB rifles tending to the higher powers.
The two most seen individual 'smiths were Marvin Pearson and Mark Pharr -- both of whom (I 'think') follow this list. (Marvin definitely does. I think Mark has recently come on board.)
