Holster's for your hunting handguns?

What is your favorite setup for your hunting handguns?  I have a Ruger GP100 6" barrel.  No scope.  I like my Williams Fire Sights. Seems like all the bandolier style rigs are for scoped handguns.  I'm tossed over the Galco and Bianchi crossdraws.  Using a nylon strong draw hip holster this season.  Looking for input on what others prefer to possibly help me decide.  Looking for comfortable carry, handgun protection, (relative) easy access.

I like the strong side draw. I carry my duty model 19 S&W 4" that way on 12 hr. shifts and it is almost second nature. I used to carry a cheap nylon holster since it could be replaced cheap if lost or damaged. I lost it while rabbit hunting when myself and Markc went to south Texas. I then went with a leather Bianchi but quit using it, because it rode too high. Getting in and out of the vehicle was too much work and uncomfortable. So now I found a no-name leather holster. Can't find a name on it anywhere, but it rides rather low and is just perfect.   If I could find a name I would order a few.

It really depends on the weapon. I like a cross the chest bandolier for a scoped handgun like my Redhawk. If I am carrying my 4 5/8 Blackhawk, I wear a plain old Uncle Mike's but wear it crossdraw style. While sitting in a treestand it is right by my hand if I need to draw it.

I have a 14" scoped Contender that is either in my hand or zipped in a case with a carry strap.

My arms are on the long side so that crossdraw is perfect.

Currently jsut use a strong side Mitch Rosen 5JR for my Ruger SA's.  I'm contemplating getting one of his crossdraw holsters for next season.
Just don't care for having a banolier style strung across me.  Unappealing visually and not very comfortable for me.  Also don't like that nylon crap.
