I was visiting another site last night at work. It was a bowhunting section. This guy said he had stuck a hog of a deer(buck). But it was going away. Apparently, he had a problem finding it. Well, you would not believe the holier than thou attitudes that came. :eek: Some said that it was a low percentage shot, some blasted him that the shot was too far(25yds), should have more respect for the animal, and one even said this is not something to teach a kid. :shock: Boy, those bowhunters must walk on water! never seen so much negativity. The guy was just looking for help and ways to recover the deer. I have and some of you have taken shots maybe not the best, to get a deer. You decide if you want to take the shot or not. If you do then, you apparently feel you can make it. Nobody is perfect! And as far as kids, or young adults, life is trial and error anyway! Can you imagine what would have been said if it had been a young person? It really ticked me off. :x Just had to vent. I have always been able to come to this site and get help without getting told what a no account I am. I was really surprised! :eek:
