Lyman Trade Rifle

Thinking of buying a Lyman trade rifle. Any comments on this gun?

I here no bad review on that gun,I should of bought that gun before I pick up the gpr .The GPR is an excellent shooter don't get me wrong ,but the 32 inch barrel for hunting (if you do a lot of stalking the weight get to you after a while) I would lean more for the 54 cal.
I here from guys they shoot them ,no matter what they put down the barrel the groups are there .The 54 cal would be a little lighter then the 50 cal. as far as overall weight  :D  :D

A GPR is a round ball twist barrel, 1:66, unless you opt for the Hunter model.  The trade rifle is a 1:48 twist.  The barrel will interchange with a T/C Hawken rifle barrel.

crow_feather: YOU LEARN SOMETHING EVERY DAY,NEVER NEW THE TRADE WILL FIT THE T/C ,HOW MANY WEDGES ARE THERE ON THE TRADE RIFLE ?

One wedge, I saw a Green river add that said that their barrel would fit the T/C Hawken or the Trade Rifle.
