Anyone got a EAA EASA??
« on: October 30, 2004, 07:13:21 PM »
I Just purchased one for what I think is a VERY good price.  I am just wondering if anyone has one or had one.  One thing that I have noticed about it is that it has fully adjustable sights on it were the one that they have pictured on EAA's website (had to find it under the manuals section) only has sights that can be drifted left or right.

The gun looks like it has been shot VERY little.

Thanks if anyone can give some info on this gun.

Don't have any experience with the big bores but I have heard good reports.  I do have a Bounty Hunter in .22 that I am well pleased with (again, like you, considering the price!).  Did a little spring work and polishing this weekend and slicked it up considerably.  I think they are an excellent gun.  44 Man

It is a .22 caliber also.  From what I have found out from EAA it was imported in 93.  So I am guessing that it was the model that they were selling before the Bounty Hunter.  I went ahead and bought it for $80.  I dont think that the sights had ever been adjusted so it took some work to get it on the paper.  It seems like it is going to be a shooter    From what I have seen on EAA's webite the Bounty Hunter has a solid grip were as the one that I have has 2 seperate grip panels.  I am wondering if I would find replacement grips anywhere that will fit it??
