No experience with the Weaver, I have a Sightron SII 4x16x42, and I love it. It is very crisp and clear and the function is flawless. I don't think you'll find a better warranty than Sightron, anything goes wrong with it, you get a new scope. My next rifle will also wear a Sightron.
