Bear Hunting @ Fish River Lodge by Bob from Mass

Here is a story of another happy customer of our Bear Forum Sponsor Fish River Lodge. It was posted on the old forums by Bob from Mass on: Thur, Sept 05, 2002 : 15:01. I am moving it here since I'm closing down the old forums. GB

I hunted the first week and had a great time it is not what you shoot it's everything that gets you to that point. I did not get my bear but i had great time with Jim&Kathy and i am looking forward to next year with them at fish river!

 I have e-mailed and chated with jim and kathy and found that they
have a few Alaskan teachers from barrow that come to their lodge for
summer get away.I compared prices and such and they sure do offer
a good deal for a stay at the lodge and it does have a lot of fun activites
around the area.I have never been to the eastern part of the country and was looking at the place for a visit . jim and kathy sure are nice and would give ya your moneys worth.
