i was seriously thinking about a tc encore 7mm mag or another handi .280 for long range shooting but before i spent 300-600$$$ on a rifle i saw that all the towns around me were turning to shotguns only. so i'm thinking about a h&r ultra 980 12 ga. or a t/c encore rifled 12 ga. slug gun. any comments?? i'd like ta here what y'all think :lol: i dont need a 12 ga. cause i got a 20 ga. thats plenty powerfull for tha biggest deer ou to 200 yds(1022 ft/lbs at 200 w/ rem cor-lokt ultra 260 gr 20 ga.) and plenty accuate out to 150 yds. i know that the 12 ga. has MUCH more recoil than the 20 but you can also get 10 ga. turkey and goose barrels and thats a BIG plus!!!!!!!!! :lol: thanks for any info
