descenting new boots

I hope I'm in the right forum for this one. Does anyone know how to descent a new pair of boots? They are leather and codura with rubber bottoms. Thanks.

Get out there and use them. Walk in the fields and the woods and the mud and the cow manure with them. Step on every pile of deer pellets you find. You can put them in a plastic bag with some of the same kinda stuff they will be exposed to above but getting out there and breaking them in using them afield is the way to do it.
