I just wanted to take a second and say THANK YOU. The sacrifices you and your families have made is appreciated.

Yup.  Just came back from a parade.  Sure felt strange watching representatives of each military organization, especially the Marines and Army.  I tried to look at each face, knowing that it may be the last time I see some of them around town.  A bunch of them are heading off to Iraq and Afganistan in a few weeks.   Almost cried when a group of Girlscouts from a nearby Army base came marching by holding a banner saying that their Dads are off fighting the war.  An uncle of mine is having heart problems and now on a pacemaker.  He's one of the few remaining vets of the 442nd.   My heartfelt prayers go out to all of them and then some.
