77/44 vs. 96/44

I'd get the Marlin lever rifle in .44 magnum myself. I think you'll find it more accurate than either and will sell better when you tire of it. Pretty sure it too is now available in SS metal. I've heard darn little good and lots bad about both of the Rugers.

I had the 96/44 and it was fun to shoot, but had marginal accuracy so off it went to the gun show.
A friend had the 77/44 and never could find ammo that shot well.  
I liked the concept of the 77/44 but not with that history.
I hear good things about the Marlin SS 1894 in .44 mag.
