Remington rolling block recommendations

I can buy a Remington rolling block 1 1/2 action for $150.  It was originally chambered in .58, and was re-chambered to 20 ga.
What should I look for?
What are the action's limitations?
What would you do with this action?

The 1 1/2 is a smaller action, and should not be rebarreled to anything in higher pressures, nor in larger rim size such as the .45-70 case.
I'd stick with either older pistol calibers, or something like the .32-40 or .38-55, with light loads. You're dealing with a very old action, and unknown metallurgy.
