does anybody have easy access to a nosler reloading book , I'm looking for there min. and max. with there 140 gr. ballistic tip , with H-4895 powder , my T/C book only shows a spread of 29-31 grs. I tried 29 and 30 with no signs of pressure , but I'm not one to push the limits ,if 31 gr is max I'll stay with 30 grs.

Nosler #4 Manual doesn't list any data for the 7-30 Waters using H4895.

hey mbp 708 thanks for taking the time to look , thats the trouble with these books they don't list enough different powders , from what I can see so far this h-4895 is going to be really accurate in this caliber and I have to books that do list it , but I like to check the bullet manufactures specs and get as many loads that I can .

Hey Contender Hunter,
I have a sheet of data from www.hodgdon.com/data/rifle/730water.htm
it lists the 139 Grain Hornady FP from a 24" barrel it lists 31 grains of H4895 giving 2458 fps.  I assume this to be maximum load be carefull. I have tried this in my 21" contender carbine, it shot fine. It was not as accurate as AA 2520 in my barrel.
I hope that this helps.
