I bought a box of 30.06 55 grain accelerator ammo to try.  Has anyone had experience with this ammo?  Just curious how it groups.  Thanks

when we closed them out at dicks i got two boxes  2.50 each an they were very speratic... i shot them out of my marlin mr-7 bolt action
but they were all over the paper..only time they would group under 6 inch's is when ther was zero wind an all shots were taken at 100 yards
the same gun would shoot about one inch groups at 100 yards with 150 remingtons

Thanks, I suspected as much.  I haven't had a chance to test them yet, due to weather conditions, but as soon as I do I will post the results.  I shoot a Ruger M77 that usually groups very well with 150 grain reloads, but I've never used anything lighter in this rifle.  The twist rate probably will not work well with the 55 grain @ 4000+ fps.

I shot a ground hog with a 06 accelerator back when they first came out. It was at about 100 yds and it would have taken a CSI team to identify it as a ground hog. Never bothered with them again.
