110 pocket set for minks?
« on: November 28, 2004, 02:06:10 PM »
Anybody here have much luck incorpirating a 110 infront of a pocket set rather than a foot-hold.  I like to avoid footholds on farm ground due to bird and coon dogs.  I am just not sure if the 110 in front will discourage the mink from exploring the pocket.

any advise is appriciated

The reason a 110 in front of a pocket isn't used much,is simple----coon.
You will end up losing a lot of 110s to coon.
