Vang's first appearance in Court today

Vangs first court appearance was today lasted about 6 min in that period of time The court charged him with 6 counts of First Degree Homicide and 2 counts of attempted First degree homicide. His lawyers said he is competent to stand trial so that issue is settled and he waved the time period for his next appearance in court so it will be Dec 28th. Autopsy reports show that 4 of his victims were shot in the back multiple times.

I looked over the tape again as I taped it and it is 6 counts of Intentional First degree homicide with the use of a deadly weapon and 2 counts of Attempted First degree intentional Homicide with the use of a deadly weapon. First 6 counts each count could bring life in prison + 5 for the gun charge and the last 2 is 60 years + 5 for the gun charge. Next Date is Dec 29th.
