Alrighty...here goes...

I have two Bushnell items that are either defunk or it's just me. I have a brand new pair of H20 Binocs that fog up in the rain and fog up when it's cold. I also have an older (5 years) Sportsman 3-9x32 riflescope that fogs up in the rain...not so much cold. Anyone ever have these kind of problems? I realize that common sense says; lenses get cold and are held up to warm eyes and hence; fog. But they are GUARANTEED water, fog, and shock proof. So what gives? Any intel would be nice. Thanx!

I think the no fog guarantee is on the inside of the lenses, not the outside, if that's what you mean. If the seals on optics allow natural atmosphere into the inside of the scope, temp changes will cause them to fog internally. The new Elite scopes have lenses that don't readily fog on the outside and water just runs off like a Rain-Xd window.
