Oldmailman's post was immediately above my answer.....

Now for some reason...the same post is there but it is  apparently  authored by " Guest "??  ...HOWCUM???

I believe he is Dali. While I harbor nothing but distain for her as a person & cant think of a thing I agree with her on, I guess I would have to admit that she's good at what she does. Whatever that is.  :)

All I remember her being good at was stealing.   When they moved out of the White House she took everything that wasn’t nailed down and the government had to chase her down and get it all back.

I would give her credit for a shrewd and conniving mind....
but I believe GOOD is going a bit too far...

Much like her "Uncle Joe" Stalin...he also had a clever and politically astute mind....but not a GOOD mind!!....LOL

Dali-
That would bring in a myriad(sp) of thoughts.
I am convienced that Hitler had the mind of a spirit which controlled his every mood and thought.
Hilary on the other hand, does have a good mind. She does not agree with my summations, or most of the folks around here, and I would not vote for her, but I think in all fairness you must give her credit for a her intelligence.

You do not need my permission to think. My whole quest, mostly fermyownself, is to think and think thru, not just to react because someone happens to disagree.
I have changed my own stance more than once.

I too have had to back up and take another route a few times.    I think we all have at one time or another even if we won’t tell others about it.    After all, we have many freedoms and rights here in the US, including the right to be wrong once in a while.   :D

All I can say Dali is I know that nobody is perfect… especially me.

But if a guy can’t laugh at himself and have a little fun in this life then why bother getting out of bed in the morning.

I have known a few that claim to be perfect and they are not nice to be around.   I definitely have my opinions on things and I may not be talked out of them easily… but I will at least listen to the other side and I will try to find or interject some humor along the way.

William, I'd agree with ya in that most folk who advance far up the political ladder in America are intelligent, and, in that sense of the term, have "good minds."

Well Doc I'm guessing your right--I can see smart in shrewd, I can see smart in intelligence, an well smart in a lot of things. Some bad fellers were smart, just misused their intelligence.
Some smart fellers have done some dumb things, sept fer me, well, er, cause I done some dumb things but am not very smart. Guess that gives me an out fer some of tha dumb things I done.
In the IQ part of smart, I think I would have to give em both some credit.
Now this is gonna bring up some folks jumping on the IQ thing an sayin that IQ doan make somebody smart, so doan go there, what I am evaluating here is IQ. Poor judgement really does not have anything to do with it. IMO.

If the Clintons are as smart as liberals think they are, then why aren't they smart enough to know right from wrong.  They are both congenital liers and neither one of them seems to have any real convictions or morals.

What I believe is true about them is that they think they are smarter than everyone else and that's the root of their troubles.

A liberal is a person who believes it is wrong to execute convicted criminals because some of them may be innocent, yet wants to kill babies.  There is nothing in the world more innocent than a baby.  I could understand if they supported capital punishment AND abortion, or neither, but I can't understand this.

Ditto Tom...
Although I believe capital punishment should be rare...most all criminals executed have been convicted " beyond a reasonable doubt":
while the baby, most innocent of human beings, is not even given a trial for the crimes he/she most certainly didn't commit!!

Both of the Clinton's, with their supposed "good" minds were in favor of continuing the holocaust!
