What are all the tuning tricks necessary to get the most accuracy out of an Encore:?  Also, who are the gunsmiths you trust to do this work?

I find the single most important thing with encore barrels is to free float them.  To do this I use 3/16 flat neopreme rubber washers.  They work great for free floating the handgruard.  Also check to see that there isn't any contact points touching the barrel from the handguard.  I also glass bedded my reciever in my laminated wood stock.  I am hoping that it helps strengthen the wood stock.  I have had a few wood stocks split while loading a 209x50 encore.  A good trigger job is alo important.
