Good People: Since the subject of Handi ownership as an addiction has been brought up, I freely admit it, I have a problem. It started with a 30/30 with an additional .223 barrel moved onto a 12ga. Tracker II to an Ultra in .223, then a .243, .280, BC barrel combo, a .50 Huntsman, and of coarse Grubby my .270 Handi I picked up at Jay's sporting goods. Yes it has gone as far as naming some of them. Out of all the Handi barrels I've got, the only one I don't like is the .280, the extra length makes it well un'Handi, it shoots good and all, but... I might entertain some kind of trade. Along the way I traded off my 30/30 .223 combo and sold my Tracker II. I replaced my Tracker with Ol'blue, one that someone had spray painted sky blue in some attempt at camouflage, it all stripped off easily. But the 30/30 I've never replaced, used to be that you'd fall over several at any gunshow. Here's the problem I really like 30/30 as a knock around caliber, at a local pawnshop there's a Steven 340 bolt in it. I've even got a Weaver side mount that will fit it. Should I jump or not, it's just not a Handi!! Gosh I Feel Better Already:
