Looking for comments on the Bushnell Elite 3200 5-15X40. I was thinking of ordering one and didnt know how the quality of the 3200s are these days.

The Elite 3200's are great scopes for the money. The quality is very good, not as good as the Elite 4200, but very close. Would not hesitate buying one.

The only other one that I would probably consider is the Nikon Buckmaster 4.5-14x40. Very nice scope also, but would probably go with the Bushnell.

I've put the Bushnell 5-15 thru it's paces and it is an excellent scope and a good buy. For varmint/target work it's an excellent selection. It's not a big game hunting scope and I hope you're not thinking of it as such. None of those scopes in that power range are proper big game hunting scopes in spite of what magazine writers are trying to sell folks.

I have to agree with Graybeard I own a Bushnell Elite 3200 5-15X40 put it on my Encore heavy barrel .223 and it is a great scope..
