Encore Production weight Guestion

I just ordered an Encore barrel from the TC Custom shop.  At first I ordered it in 10 3/4" 6.5 BR.  I began to be concerned about it making weight so I changed it to a 10".  Has anyone tried an Encore in 10 3/4" to see if it will make the 4 lbs. IHMSA weight requirement?  Thanks.

I have A 10" 7BR barrel on my Encore. On an accurate scale it is 3.88 pounds. With the smaller hole on yours it could put it over weight. Sorry I can't be more specific to your question.
