Lee has some good stuff and some stuff that is not so good. I find their presses a bit on the light side but for the calibers you choose they would probably be alright. I've had good experience with their pistol caliber dies but not so good with the rifle dies. RCBS makes an economy die set (RGB?) that I would buy over Lee in the rifle calibers. I'll second the lee autoprime. I have broken one, but I was probably using more pressure than I should have been. Can't speak on the lee scale as I haven't used one (redding). Another manual to consider is the Lee Modern Reloading manual (1st or 2nd edition) by Richard Lee($11.99).
I also use a redding powder measure and haven't used the Lee measure which uses disks (bushings)The problem with bushings can be minor variations in powder lots may throw differently. and if they are like MEC bushings they rarely throw the weight the guide sheet says.
