Has anyone shot this bullet in a Marlin 1894cl? I am thinking about asking Santa for 500 of them for Christmas.

Did  Santa bring your bullets ?  I shot some of those same Miesters in my 1894CL tonight W/ 4.8 Grs AA#5  and they shot pretty well.  Grouped around 3/4 in at 25yds right around 1200fps.  The range was real muddy so I only went out 25 yds but took pot shots at stuff farther out and was hitting most of my targets.  I also shot some Rem 86gr sp W/ 12grs 4198 that didn't group quite as well.
I also shot my Browning 53 in 32-20 with 115gr Miesters W/ 6.0 grs of AA#5 that grouped under a half in at 25yds.
1st time out with either rifle and I must say I was pleased with both of them.  The Browning was NIB till today but now she's a shooter!!
As a side point neither  rifle showed any signs of leading nor has my 45-70 1886 EL when using Miester bullets.    I'll be buying more in the future. :D
