TAXIDERMY
« on: December 14, 2004, 02:27:52 PM »
A guy from Canada walks into a bar in Arkansas and orders a white wine.

All the hillbillies sitting around the bar look up, expecting to see some pitiful Yankee from the north.

The bartender says, "You ain't from around here, are ya?"

The guy says, "No, I'm from Canada."

The bartender says, "What do you do in Canada?"

The guy says, "I'm a taxidermist."

The bartender says, "A taxidermist? What in tarnation is a taxidermist?  Do you drive a taxi?"

"No, a taxidermist doesn't drive a taxi. I mount animals."

The bartender grins and hollers, "It's okay boys. He's one of us!"

Dali Llama say that if "yaks" were substituted for "animals" and "Tibet" for "Arkansas," there be no doubt that Dali would be offended at insinuation of disgusting practice of bestiality.  :x

GB opine that maybe Dali is really just trying to start more trouble with IW. It was just a joke. Get over it and move on.

Dali Llama say no, that not be his intent at all.  Dali merely be pointing out that regional jokes sometimes be very offensive to intended butt of "humor."  Dali say, however, that he certainly willing to follow advice of Honorable Greybeard and "move on." :-)
