I'm not going to post these loads because they are more than a little warm, but this link should give you about what you're looking for.

I've used this data, but make sure of your guns condition before firing.

Note: The Herco load is hotter than I would try.

Please, please, please invest in at least one reloading manual.  Midway Shooting Supply is a great source.  Never attempt to reload without a manual at hand.  Always double check others advice with your manual(s) before attempting to load.  I would stay away from hot loads as they abuse your gun.  Paper targets and bad guys will never know the difference.
Don't believe everything you think.
