Muzzleloading for hogs?

Does any one hunt hogs with a rb?  I have a chance to go hog hunting, and was thinking of using my .54 GPR.

Once upon a time when men were real hunters and life was tough that gun was considered a fine buffalo, bear and elk rifle. So why not a hog gun. Iffen the old mountain men could use the .50s and under to do it why can't you?

Years ago, I had a CVA big bore mtn. rifle, in .54 cal.  I took it on 2 different hog hunts in Tenn.  Killed a hog on both hunts, each was a one shot kill.  My load was a .535 roundball, .010 patch, and a 100gr. load of FF Goex black powder.  In addition, I killed about 15 deer with that gun, and a doe antelope in Wyoming.  Go for it!
