SBH Bisley Hunter in .41 Rem Mag - where?
« on: December 24, 2004, 04:56:47 AM »
I've recently setteled on buying a SBH Bisley Hunter in .41 Rem Mag.  That all consuming fire for a new gun has been lit!  I really like the stainless/gray laminate grip of the special edition from Davidson's.  I do not see the same model on the Ruger website and the PDF-version of the catalog lists the Bisley SBH, but only in .44 mag.  What am I missing?  Where do I find one of these (or similar) revolvers?  What is a fair/average price?

Nice, nice pistol. I'll check with Jeff at Ray's to see what deal they can offer.  I'm going to try to buy one, or at least line up the deal, in the next two weeks.  I go away from home for 3 months in January.  I read somewhere that the stainless Bisley SBH in .41 were a small run of 500 or so.  Is that right?  Were they made other years or only this year?  Mac, is yours new this year?  I just don't want to miss out on the gun by being out of the loop until April.
