What new ML toys did you get for CHRISTmas??
« on: December 25, 2004, 04:15:53 AM »
I got a new possibles bag, some 50cal loading blocks, new powder horn, and some bear claws for decorations. My Mowrey 50cal Plains rifle is now shooting one-hole groups @ 25 yards thanks to the "Dwight Schultz method" and dry-lubes patches.

I'm gearing up for 3 or 4 "winter biathalon shoots" this January ... all on snowshoes, with 10 or more gong targets, for pre-1860 period rifles shooting roundball ... all while racing through the woods. Can't wait!

Received my custom F&I/Early Virgina hunting pouch made by Ken Scott. Showed up thursday. Perfect timing considering I placed the order last April. Worth the wait and it is breathless.

Although it is really more appropriate over on the Mortar and Cannon board, I just can't resist.  What ML toy did I get for Christmas?  Well....... it does load from the muzzle.
