Parkerized vs. hard chromed

For a Kel-Tec P11, which is more corrosion resistant, Parkerized or hard chromed?

Are there any other factors I should consider besides corrosion resistance and price when deciding between these two finishes?  I'm not sure exactly what 'Parkerized' means.

Hard chrome is the most rugged of the two in all respects.
It depends on the needs, or, the purpose of the weapon. All finishes will show some holster wear, if that is the purpose, with hard chrome being the toughest.
If hard chrome is the best choice for you then also consider stainless.

The Kel-Tec isn't available in stainless.  But thanks for the info!

If you're not concerned about wear, then after a while of useing/carrying the parked finish, the smoothed surfaces will be pretty resistant to rusting.

Believe it or not but the worst surface that I ever had for rust was a stainless 1991A1.  It had the "brushed" surface so that it looked like a silver "parkerized" gun.  There were rusted fingerprints from the first time I picked up the gun out of the sealed package.  They were mine...as it was clean when I looked at it;  1 1/2 weeks later there were my prints rusting into the outside surface of where I had picked it up.

My vote is for the hard chromed Kel-Tec.....

I've got a Colt Commander I'd like to have hard chromed in BLACK.  Does anybody here know where that serviced is offered (preferrably west of the Mississippi)?
