Hey guys, can anyone give any comparisons between the Bushnell and Nikon Rangefinders.  I am interested in maximum distances and ability to range deer and varmint size critters.  The Nikons list the max range only and do not detail reflective, non reflective, animal ranging cpabilities.  I do not know what their max distance is refering to?  Maybe the maximum value the instriment will even display?  Any feed back will be great.  I am only looking at mid-priced rangefinders, so please no Leica or Leupold suggestions.  Thanks all, BuzzKill

I personally like the bushnell rangefinders. I have 2 of the sport models and just got a Bushnell 1000. They all work great, I am selling one of my sport models to another member here. I use the sport model while bow hunting due to it being compact and my 1000 all the other times. I have just had great success with Bushnell.  :D
