how do you remove the bolt action in this rifle?

Are you are asking how to remove the bolt? If so , open the bolt and move it to the rear. You then place a finger on the extractor and gently pull up while rotating the bolt handle to the left. Extractor should pivot allowing the bolt to be removed.
