Is 109.00 a good price for a sidekick?

Manufacturer:  NEF
Model:  New England Firearms Sidekick 50 Cal 24 inch Blue

I may be making a post CHRISTmas purchase. please let me know what you think.

RUGBYWAZ,

First of all, welcome to the board.

$109.00    for a Sidekick a good deal, you better snag that one up right away! If you don't please PM me with the information and do they have any more at that price? I doubt that you will ever find one at a lower price anywhere. Do they have any 26" Stainless/Composite models and their price please.

Yeah me too!! I have a friend that would buy one at that price. I have the 26" Sidekick and the 24" Huntsman already. And by the way the same load of 85 grs 777 work GREAT with Hornady 250 gr SST sabots in both guns.

If it's a (new in box) sidekick then that's a excellent buy. Grab it while you can, that's below dealer cost.

A guy on huntamerica.com just posted this same deal, from

http://www.dallastacticalsupply.com/itemlist.asp?manid=NEF&catid=7

Is this the same company referred to on this thread?
Have any of you guys bought from them? Are they a good company?

I could not find a street address for this company. It is located in Richardson Texas.  Maybe somebody has heard or dealt with this company. The website looks OK. They wanted about $16 to ship a Sidekick. I agree, good prices but I won't order unless I know more about them.

Was on the doorstep last night when I got home.. The gun is about 2" or so longer than my G2. Gonna be a nice little carbine.

That Illinois shipping charge must be FOID crap, because it is only $15 to ship to North Carolina.

Just called Dallas. They told me they were making inventory changes and updates on website. The shipping charge should be and is $15.00. However because i live in cook county he still can't ship to me. I think I can work that out though. Sorry about relaying misinformation.
