A small pin punch and  hammer and a 25ACP shell holder. You can use the shell holder to re-prime the case.  :D

I'm assuming you have your priming tool. If not I use the Lee Auto Prime hand priming tool. Works great Iv'e been using them for years. You'll will also need a #15 Auto Prime Shell Holder for it.

As far as depriming, pebco has good idea in using a shell holder. I looked over my stuff and I would buy a shell holder designed for a loading press for this as its taller and give more clearance for the spent primer. This is also #15 but its the Universal Shellholder Holder. If you can't find LEE. RCBS #29 or Lyman #32

For depriming I bought a Lee Universal Decapping Rod they cost around $2.00 at places like Midway. Works great.

Good Luck

Great advice - like you I use the Lee Loader auto prime, but to decap I use a 223 Lee Loader, one of the cheap hand devices, use the punch and shell holder out of that - works great.
Keep shooting muzzleloaders - they are a blast....

Good ideas already posted.  I simply use a 2X4 piece with a hole drilled in it to give the primer a place to fall when I whack it with a small punch and hammer.  Cheap and efficient.
