Got a bud willing to part with an old Dillion 450B. Anyone know of it or have any idea how much I should offer him?

Call Dillion and ask them. I'll bet they can give you a reasonable price.

If you call Dillon, you might ask them what they'd charge to upgrade the press to a 550, so you would have automatic priming and other better features.  They also replace worn out parts and check it out free.  They have a lifetime warrantee, no matter who bought it from whom.
