Feed it what it likes and it makes you happy. And it don't like factory anything so far....Winchester, Hornady, in multiple weights and offerings.

But with 34.5 gr of H335 behind el cheepo 55 gr Dogtown bullets, it places all of them in 3/4 of an inch at the 100 yd line. I had the chrony with me, but was so busy resighting all the wintertime scope swapping, I didn't get to use it.  Oh well, at least I have a good starting point to work from with load data.

38.5 of IMR4064 gave me just under an inch also with Hornady 50 gr VMax bullets.

I have to try a few more powders and bullets, but at least I have a load that will work in the early summer PD fields.

Sorry I didn't get to stick around and check it out. Had family obligations....
You need to get that thing dialed in and load up a couple hundred. I got just the place to use them up.........Might as well bring the 22 mag, .223 and even the .357.

Steve,

You betcha. I found the longer hanger bars. I have two left. I'll give you a call next week about pickup.  You don't happen to have an extra short one laying around. I can't find my other one.

I got the forend in for the VVCG 22 Mag. At 4x, I was putting 5 ot 6 in 1 1/2- 2 inches at the 100 line. That one is going to be fun this summer. I bet with a high power rifle scope that one would do MOA easy.

The Tasco scope did not work out on the Ingram 223 barrel. I pulled my 10X 3200 off the 25-06 barrel for the .223. I liked your set up on the 6mm. I just got my new Mueller 4-16 mildot in for the 25-06.
